Additional
to the service period of the employee who retires after completing the age According to subsection (1) of section 45 of the Act, according to subsection (2) of the same section, the government of Nepal can add a period of three years to the employee who retires after completing the age of sixty years on the basis of the following:-
(a) If it is deemed necessary to carry out work in the service of the retiring employee.
